Pros

I like working with my regular clients as this allows me to get to know them and their routines so that I work effectively with them. I like when my rota is not changed as this gives me piece of mind.

Cons

I do not feel that I am paid enough either for the job I do or for petrol as this has gone up so much in the last month. I do not like it when I go from client to client with no time between them but am supposed to give them all the time on my rota. This also does not give me time to have a break - a cup of tea, drink of water or an apple - sitting in my car. This means that I work from 7am to 2pm or beyond with no breaks. I get angry at night carers who do not do their job properly so I end up having to do their work in my time e.g. wash up evening plates etc. I put this on the log but rarely see a change.
