I love seeing my regular clients and meeting new clients, we encouraged to treat others how we would wish to be treated. Management are a phone call away. My line manger Lender supports me and is flexible if needed. Julie is my assessor, she is very thorough and never makes you feel like you are on your own, she supports chasing up GP's, medication etc and is always there for support. Progression and promotions are offered in house before advertising which is a great opportunity for carer growth :)

I applied for a part-time job here and there is quite a detailed and time-consuming questionnaire which must be completed. I put in a lot of effort and submitted it but after delay I received a message from 'Millee' saying I had been unsuccessful for a different job (one which I was not at all qualified to apply for) so I wrote back and pointed out I had applied for a completely different job (one which I was over-qualified for) but I never received a reply. So if you apply for a cleaning job don't be surprised if you get a rejection to be the new CEO!!
