Senior management is a joke and if you get a job in Connect prepare to be treated like a slave doing everyone else’s job for the least pay!! Can’t stress enough how diabolical management are, they need serious training on how to manage human beings rather than robots and some stress management to stop acting like psychopaths. Worst job I have ever had for my sanity, wellbeing and life in general. If you are thinking of joining the company.. DON’T.

It's not how good you are that determines how you get on at ACCA but who you go for a coffee with. They have let a lot of talent go and brought in people who don't understand the association. People are leaving because of intense pressure to get targets with no reward. I think I won't be far behind.
