Pros

Good discount and nice office, samples sales were okay and regular pop ups with brands and free goodies

Cons

Awful awful awful experience that gave me ptsd. Bullying from all team members, ridiculous workload and expectation of sink or swim. Favouritism. Boring excel heavy and long hours. I was so excited from my interview which saw us create a trend forecasting project. None of the job contains that it’s all done by the design team and senior buyers you get no say. No progression and I was bullied out anyway! Once I was even told off for looking out the window it’s a massive school
