The support was not only in sponsorship for exams, but also excellent mentorship from Senior Management and opportunities to work on substantive cases and feel like I was positively contributing to the company and clients. In addition, I always felt my contributions were recognised and appreciated and that I was rewarded accordingly. There is also a really good atmosphere and social side at the office which contributes to Lane IP being an enjoyable place to work.
