Awful organisation, avoid at all costs
Pros
No positives at all these days. It used to be a great organisation to work in before we were sold to Amentum, now it is just miserable.
Cons
Hierarchical command-and-control American organisation that doesn't understand or appreciate that the rest of the world doesn't operate the same way that their US government contracts do. Dreadful systems that are stuck in the 1980s - Deltek Costpoint is appalling. Pay lip service to inclusion, belonging and caring about the employees but really it's all about the bottom line and nothing else. Senior management are in their ivory towers and don't appreciate how life really is at the coal face. Morale is at absolute rock bottom among most employees and it is difficult to see anything improving anytime soon.
