      Pros

      Diversity is improving with the recent graduate intakes. People generally nice and helpful.

      Cons

      Says the focus on the employee networks but they don’t, no investment in this and no improvement has been made in the 17 months after the merger with Jacobs. Awful systems still not working well. Change is slow
