Pros

Loads of opportunities in Supply chain - international projects, continuous change, ever changing landscape.

Cons

People - few self centered individuals believing to have the expertise are driving changes without any overall benefit only for their own purpose. I was super glad to leave only not to work within this toxic office politics. Vision and strategy are just words in my opinion, people make decisions on basis of how will they be seen in the eyes of directors rather than how will it benefit the company. Too much moaning, too much resistance to change.

Too Many Chiefs.....

Pros

Some nice people work here. Pay is ok too for what the role is.

Cons

Having worked here I can say that there are definitely too many chiefs, or too many wannabes! There is no vibe and the whole culture is stuffy. No room for progression unless you constantly suck up. Quite a high turnover of staff. Individuality isn't celebrated.
