Firstly, I'm glad to hear that you were able to enjoy a good work-life balance and that your role gave you the flexibility you needed. We know how important this is for our employees, so I’m glad this was your experience.
I'm sorry, however, to hear that you felt that the targets were too unrealistic. As a company, we strongly believe in rewarding and recognising hard work and excellence, and we do our best to encourage this in a meaningful and achievable way. We've made some changes so that more employees have the chance to boost their earnings; but we’re always open to feedback, and we don’t want this to feel out of reach. If anyone wants to discuss their renumeration or benefits package, I’d encourage them to speak to their line manager or the People Team.
