When I started working at Arnold clark I didn’t realise what a mistake I was making. How this company manages to keep any staff is amazing I was treated so badly and bullied to the point I had to leave. I wasn’t offered any training I was there for 3 years. The staff turnover is very high and I can see why. The workshop is chaos no planning and only the senior mechanics get all the training and are well looked after. My biggest regret is not leaving earlier .

Iam sure this review won’t last long as Arnold clark will have it removed. This company is terrible and it’s a matter of time before it all comes out how badly the staff are treated. I worked at the Arnold clark branch in Salford the mechanics have to work in terrible conditions no tools no heating one sink for 15 + mechanics to wash hands . Only master techs get training long hours . The management make it very hard for staff to have days off or take holidays. The work load is massive the whole business is geared up around a few sales people everyone else has to struggle through. High rate of bullying which is allowed to go on. Mechanics leaving wheels loose and mechanics using cars like race cars it’s completely uncontrollable.
