Thank you so much for your review, it means a lot. We do offer late/early shifts as you mentioned as well as separate shifts where there is a longer rest period between shifts. Glad you enjoyed the culture at Atlas Hotels!

Pros

Very heavily discounted stays for me and those travelling with me Discounted stays for friends & family who aren't travelling with me! Health care perks included - large reimbursements on dental and optical costs Flexible working hours - not always a blessing but works for me Great progression for those who demonstrate potential Leadership team who value feedback and are quick to respond when you provide it. Above industry average and transparent pay structure

Cons

Lack of variety in the hotel portfolio - Limits progression opportunities and when taking advantage of the discounted stays it would be nice to have some more Atlas franchise 4* or 5* options too. There are literally thousands available through IHG discounts though! Sometimes have to work long shifts or lots of consecutive days - unfortunately this can't really be avoided when working in hotel operations.
