      Pros

      People are proud to work at the BBC, it offers a variety of opportunities (small, large, complex, major change projects) in the project/programme management field across a broad range of departments. Some departments are open to flexible working which can make life easier, providing the appropriate technology to support you with this.

      Cons

      It can be very frustrating at times, slow in getting approvals and agreement from management, HR function and processes are average to appalling, people are not treated equally. Salaries in some respects are below market average
