Pros

Great brand. Looks good on your CV. That's why the best people join ... and why they then leave as soon as they have sorted themselves out and found a proper job.

Cons

Yes, it looks real on the outside. Some of the people are individually impressive (they don't last long!). However collectively, it's paper-thin. Ask management for information behind a decision, plan or a strategy? Nothing. There are no processes or systems for doing things - finance and HR don't have anywhere near the resources they need to be of any real help.

Pros

Great brand to have on the CV

Cons

The board is dysfunctional which means you can't really progress unless you are a pathological liar or went to school with someone senior.
