Since Big Motoring World took over from Available Car it’s turned into a numbers game. The new management really do NOT care about the well-being of its employees. You have to work 12 hours shifts, sometimes not being allowed to eat or take a break for around 7-8 hours. On a weekend they may aswell call it Big Prison World as you’re not allowed to leave site for your lunch break which is UNPAID anyway and by law are ENTITLED to. The management are extremely pushy on customers to buy vehicles even if they say no. The “Big” boss man thinks he has the authority to issue parking tickets to his own staff hahahaha. I could go on and on and on. But in a nutshell, if you want to keep your sanity, mental state of mind and not get arrested for smashing the dealer principle’s face in then AVIOD this company at all costs.

Most corrupt company I have ever come across! Micromanaging in every single element of the business. Do not know how to treat their staff with respect. Do anything wrong and you’ll be sent ‘training’ to a different site hours away from you without any travel or accommodation covered. Brown nosing is the only way to progress within the company, doesn’t matter how much graft you put in.
