Pros
Kitchen area. Clean and tidy.
Cons
Staff are treated very poorly and you’re made to feel like you’re always doing something wrong all the time. They will monitor your bathroom breaks, which you also need to ask permission for like you’re in school.
They advertise a pro as the commission, which they just as easily take away from you and use as a means to control you. For example I agreed to do overtime to help in a busy period, but due to heavy traffic that day I was late, for the first time ever. They gave me a ‘strike’ for this which affected commission. Overall, I would have been better off not volunteering for overtime, or just not going in that day (I would not have been given a strike had I not shown up). I didn’t do overtime again for this reason, even when asked by managers to help them cover staff holiday.
You have assigned seats, and if they think you are talking too much to the people by you they will move you like you’re in school even if your performance is exceeding goals.
Overall, you’ll be made to feel like a naughty child and be miserable. Every minute of your time is watched and accounted for, and everyone will look down on you
