Most elegant software you will likely ever see, really bright people in the London office, some great colleagues & a couple of friends for life

Cons

Authoritarian CEO and macho culture in general, family interests that spaw incompetent managers into places where they really cause problems. Average tenure is low, much lower than rest of the industry.

Some great people, but now very few left and only at operational or mid management level.. Some

Cons

Ceo is literally a clueless to Board, the industry or how to add any value. Absolutely no idea what the company does or how to define success. Literally throws up the CEO hand book and believes every software company should be Microsoft. No direction. No products, No demos.. poor and failing implementations. Now trying to build Board into Anaplan.. great plan to build a failing business from another failing business!! Genius! Nordics… why aren’t you seeing this?

Pros

Many talented employees. Good product – you can probably build yourself something to meet your use case and the user interface can look great.

Cons

Authoritarian CEO and toxic management culture in the UK – good staff are leaving. Angry, aggressive, bullying, blame culture, favouritism, micro-management. It doesn't feel like there is a clear direction and strategy. Slow software development - the platform no longer feels to be '5 years ahead of the competition' The Board software can often come across as complex - it can be.
