      Many talented employees. Good product – you can probably build yourself something to meet your use case and the user interface can look great.

      Cons

      Authoritarian CEO and toxic management culture in the UK – good staff are leaving. Angry, aggressive, bullying, blame culture, favouritism, micro-management. It doesn't feel like there is a clear direction and strategy. Slow software development - the platform no longer feels to be '5 years ahead of the competition' The Board software can often come across as complex - it can be.
