Pros

Easy to be employed. Easy work. Hotels are poor, so guests don't expect much, therefore minimal complaints.

Cons

Hated the disappointed guests, they didn't deserve to stay in one of the hotels. Although they are cheap and easy to stay at, so you should know what to expect.

none really, only if desperate for work ... after some of the staff working in the sites are nice and doing their best.

Cons

everything pretty much .. low wages, bad contracts, no training and development structure, no investment in sites to improve products, no real guest experience care ..
