Pros

Easy to be employed. Easy work. Hotels are poor, so guests don't expect much, therefore minimal complaints.

Cons

Hated the disappointed guests, they didn't deserve to stay in one of the hotels. Although they are cheap and easy to stay at, so you should know what to expect.

Pros

Great exposure to all areas of recruitment and the hospitality industry, with the opportunity to work closely with senior management and directors. Fast-paced environment that allows you to develop strong communication, organisation, and people skills very quickly. Supportive team with plenty of opportunity to gain hands-on recruitment experience and build confidence speaking with candidates at all levels. Good level of responsibility early on, which makes the role engaging and gives valuable experience for career progression within HR or recruitment. Every day is different, making the role interesting and varied, especially when managing multiple vacancies and speaking with a wide range of candidates.

Cons

So far I would not say there is any. - Perhaps the location of head office itself not much around however you do get free lunches!
