Pros

Subsidised lunches are nice. Good hybrid working policy.

Cons

Lying and backstabbing culture. People are overworked and stressed. Their mission aka helping people live better lives is another corporate bs. Start within!

Pros

Working from home. Free tea and coffee

Cons

You're a bum on a seat, pay is rubbish. No real bonus despite boasing record growth and underlying profit. Effective pay cut since covid started as they don't raise wages with inflation. Do not act with employees bests interests at heart. Complex job, bad systems, poor management and toxic environment. No care for their employees. Secular and isolated roles with no variation unless you're willing to do more work with very little pay off. Penalised for when their systems impact teams. Expected to undertake work outside of your role to support frontline as they fail to recruit properly and attrition is so high on the front line due to the complexity of the job and poor pay. Push people out so they can recruit lower paid staff, almost systematic redundancies which result in addition pressure to the business. Having to work past house just to hit targets. Lots of work, no thanks for it in a meaningful way. Just a quick thanks before being dumped with the next lot of tripe. Pay has consistently been raised as a bone of contention and yet nothing is done about it. Everyone wants to escape the place.
