If you live in Southampton the location is great

Cons

The manager is horrible. No training at all. The manager at the outpatient department has no respect for her staff and never rewards people for their hard work.She seems to be a racist and asks all personal questions the first day you start work. Nationality Marriage Status Age etc is questioned in front of all her staff. You won't last long if your face don't fit.

Lovely residents and care staff, bad management, unfairly treating care staff. I would never recommend care uk because I have been treated so badly and been left without a job.

Cons

Poor management. Rude management. No care for the residents or the staff, Just an awful place to work.
