      If you live in Southampton the location is great

      Cons

      The manager is horrible. No training at all. The manager at the outpatient department has no respect for her staff and never rewards people for their hard work.She seems to be a racist and asks all personal questions the first day you start work. Nationality Marriage Status Age etc is questioned in front of all her staff. You won't last long if your face don't fit.

      The team work at care uk is exceptional the routines and activities residents have keeps them motivated and independent. Love the daily check ups and cleanliness that everyone upholds.

      Cons

      I think the staff rooms can be revamped a little bit, they can be a little dull and depressing.
