Pros

Some great people works in the company (whilst they last)

Cons

Exec and leadership team is a real joke; no wonder their employees churn is huge and and don’t see the problem is top down.

Inflexible with work

Pros

The people you work with are generally good people

Cons

The HR policies are put in place to give the company maximum flexibility but give you none. For a technology company who claims to want to be employee-centric and connected they don’t give employees any real chance to manage their own workload and live. For example, during adverse weather they expect you to work from home. If you have some things going on (delivery etc) then they don’t allow you the same flexibility

Pros

Large tech company. Rapid expansion. Big plans for the future.

Cons

Senior leadership only understand numbers; there is no nuance. Claim to be employee focused, they believe their own hype. Pay is a joke. They have spent 12 months 'researching' market pay bands, and guess what? Everyone is paid at the average market rate, so no pay rises, with no clarity about when pay reviews will happen next. Also note, their aspiration is to pay the average market rate, but expect the world from you. HR seem to be making it up as they go along. Had a significant investment from Five Arrows, spent lots on acquisitions. Leadership is struggling to integrate these new companies, mostly because they believe they already have, when culturally they are so wide of the mark. Culture is weird, shiny new offices in Gerrards Cross and Birkenhead, no-one seems to talk to one another. Has a notion of employees being a Causeway Star, with a number of behaviors that they want you to have. Only ever seen it referenced on the Company website, nobody talks about it internally. No idea about career progression, they don't seem to be interested in developing individuals, only that you do your job and hit your numbers. Aware of career opportunities from the public facing website. Senior leaders from acquired companies seem to last 6-12 months before they 'move on'.
