Pros

People here are generally well taken care of. Benefits are solid, especially the medical coverage. The flexibility is one of the biggest perks (25 days leave, hybrid setup, plus work from anywhere), which really helps with work-life balance. The team is diverse and easy to get along with, so it doesn’t feel too corporate day to day. The business is still evolving, which keeps things interesting, and if you perform well, it definitely gets recognised and rewarded. There are also regular social events and the overall culture feels quite young and energetic. There’s a pretty clear career path too, and I’ve heard of people getting promoted within 1–2 years based on strong performance, so growth is definitely there.

Cons

cant think of anything except for the water leak coming from one of the rooms, but its honestly not a big deal to me

Pros

Hybrid working, nice people culture comitte events

Cons

Poor management structure - managers won’t prepare for their calls with upper management which causes stress for the team being asked to do tasks within a short time frame or being asked multiple questions at once whilst trying to concentrate .A lot of time wasted on filling out different sheets with no long term strategy. Lack of humanisation, managers lack decent people skills to build a team and set unrealistic expectations and goals. There’s a lack of well planned ideas and strategy . Rigid rules, incentives are very poor. Managers need more training on being mindful of people’s mental heath and not speak to members as if they are children.
