      Pros

      Well organised in the delivery of it's services. Quality technical staff. Excellent operations in Ukraine. Good onboarding.

      Cons

      At least in the UK poor sales management structure. Lack of support and team work. Poor morale. The company is owner led and he has very string opinions on how things should be done. I understand that things have improved on this recently but I would never work there again. Was glad to leave.

      Pros

      Reasonable client base and money talks - if you can land deals (even if you are just inflating their values 10x) you will go far There are some incredible people here, but it's islands of gold above seas of mediocrity. The automation team in particular deserves a call out for being the only genuinely world class function at Ciklum.

      Cons

      Absolute disaster. Feels like many people were promoted significantly beyond their competence levels. A lot of people who spend most of their time promoting themselves on LinkedIn. Toxic culture - a consulting org where people are proud to "above" the world of doing client work will never go far.
