Pros
The main developers are lovely & very talented, despite the technical leadership being as useful as a chocolate fire guard.
Cons
- Long hours and arguments over being paid for it. - The management use awfully offensive language when referring to their staff, and if you take them to task over it you get told to deal with it as you are being paid for the abuse. - Certain directors throw fellow colleagues under the bus and lose major accounts due to their unprofessionalism.
