Don't value employees

Pros

You can more or less set your own hours because senior management don't care about you nor is your bonus dependent on results of firm or personal performance.

Cons

Dont listen to or value employees. Year end bonus based on what CFO decides regardless of firm or individual performance. No engagement between departments. Not much regard for accuracy or controls as long as the numbers are "smooth".

Pros

There are no pros, 10 years in facilities working with numerous company's and big names, worst people I ever worked with, awful excuses for human beings.

Cons

Company made my life a living hell, messed with my head, sexism, racism and bullying were rampant, management knew, pretended they didn't. I got treated like dog and wanted to kill myself thanks to the "People" that run that place. They bullied me, underpaid me, and told me to get on with it when I lost a loved one, they will repeatedly tell you they hear you but they don't - they hear what they want.

Pros

Free coffee and tea on site

Cons

Been working for Cushman & Wakefield 10 years in the same role. Both HR and management are completely unsupportive. No help with career progression. Won’t pay for any relevant courses to support your role, yet insist you do stupid inappropriate automated courses that don’t benefit you at all. Each year we get a letter in the post informing us how well the company are doing but end the letter off telling us we won’t be getting a pay rise. Whenever senior management come to site, we are never introduced and they are kept away from us. Since I’ve been looking for similar roles in other companies it’s made me realise how underpaid I was. Definitely wasted 10 years of my life. Regret not leaving sooner.
