      Pros

      Interesting technology. Flexible hours. Some nice and some very serious people. With pool table, pingpong and foosball. Occasional barbeque. Free fruits and drinks. There's an espresso machine.

      Cons

      It's good but not the best yet. Pay is average. No bonus. Location is not the best. More than majority are men and lots are nerdy ones -- since it's place for physicists, mechanical/electrical/HW engineers, programmers, and such

      Pay is decent for the company

      Cons

      Do not even consider working here. Upper management is clueless, on power trips and if you don't enjoy playing politics, this is not the place for you. The VP's and SVP's treat you like dirt and expect you to work every living hour of your existence, not to mention the lack of job security working for a company that might not last the upcoming year
