      Only few leads and supes are good and supportive here

      Cons

      Can't take leaves according to your will they say there's too much work in company can't approve your leave and one week later they send you on forced leave for 10 to 15 days didn't gave any increment or promotion from past two years have to put in extra working hours have to work even on Saturday's without extra pay and the list goes on
