Pros
The staff are really friendly and lovely and it's fully remote.
Cons
Too much work with not enough support. How is 1 person supposed to manage a whole department! No pay rise or bonus of any sort for the last 2 years which is a complete joke! There seems to be favouritism with certain teams where they are able to hire more staff whilst the other teams are just expected to cope.

People and culture - positive, dynamic and energising. A good team dynamic when working together in developing new programmes. A variety of subject matter experts to work with who are really passionate about learning programmes in emerging technology. A good work-life balance is possible, management are mindful of TOIL and wellbeing. It's a place you can thrive if you are productive and efficient, and are motivated to manage workload autonomously. Growth opportunities in skills and knowledge. You are trusted to try new things and get involved in a variety of opportunities which brings variety to work. Working with an increasing number of household-name clients.
Cons
There could be more frequent and more consistent communication from executive leadership. The nature of learning providers means there are 'crunch times' where deadlines and workload is more intense. Salaries and benefits are not reviewed/benchmarked frequently enough.
