Despite significant year-over-year profit growth, the company announced no bonuses for 2026. This is unprecedented, as bonuses were maintained even throughout the pandemic, and there has been no year without a bonus in over 12 years. The new CEO communicated this via a brief, impersonal email, citing US tariffs as the justification. Expect no bonus again next year where the middle east war will be given as justification.
