      Great projects and clients Colleagues with lots of knowledge and experience

      Cons

      Going back to the office even when not necessary Progressing career is not as clear cut as it is described (red tape, freezes etc) Less about individual choice of projects Diversity is low especially in leadership Very corporate

      Disorganised and chaotic approach to mergers and acquisitions. Lack of transparency and diversity at a senior management level.
