Cons
Worked at ADT and overall the experience wasn’t great. Management was very heavy on micromanagement but offered little to no real support when it actually mattered. When issues came up, it felt like blame was pushed down rather than dealt with properly. I ended up injuring my knee while working and there was very little care or consideration around welfare. I should have been on lighter duties at the time, but was still expected to carry on as normal, which made things worse. There are some good lads on the ground, but the culture from management lets it down badly. You’re expected to get on with it, and if something goes wrong, you’re pretty much left to deal with it yourself. Needs a serious improvement in how staff are supported, both day-to-day and especially when it comes to health and wellbeing.
