Toxic management and a bullying culture dominate the workplace - Actuary Aegon Employee Review

I have worked at this company for several years and enjoy no aspects of the role. My experience has been significantly affected by poor management within my team. The main issue is a culture of bullying, intimidation and blame from my direct manager. Communication is often aggressive, deadlines are set without understanding technical blockers, and concerns raised by team members are dismissed rather than addressed. This creates an environment where people become reluctant to speak openly or ask for help.
