Pros
Good training. I would certainly recommend it as a school to go to before the higher jump. Ability to travel around on a small budget and to know the hospitality market. Extensive and valuable training from soft skills to XL and CRM
Cons
Politics, politics and ass-licking, if you arent ready to do it right, no matter how high you perform, you won't be there for long. the hire and fire quickly, they dont really care who you are. You either play it right or you are out.
