Pros

Office nice it soon feels depressing when surrounded by toxic managers. Some people are nice but it’s toxic undercurrent spoils it

Cons

Only care about making money. One rule for 1 another for others. Senior leaders act like elites. High turnover. Poor morale. Would not recommend in-fact I actively tell people if you value your state of mind do not come here. Toxic work culture from the top down. The high turnover speaks volumes and the CEO actively jokes about people going on indeed to put good reviews in to lift the rating. How about you just do a better job with the bad apples and toxic culture . Address the toxic managers and start caring for your staff.

Good team 90% of the time

Cons

Have to drag people out of bed to help day staff despite residents wanting to sleep Management refuse to deal with lazy staff so left working the job of 3 people on your own Change rota permanently without even asking and when told i cant change days told ‘tough’
