It is legal as he is a “contractor” however still a massive conflict of interest and unethical in my opinion - Production staff constantly pressured to do overtime due to miscommunication issues upstairs - Office staff never set foot in production areas but somehow write our regulatory documents without knowing the process - Poor employee satisfaction - Bad work - life balance - Processes are outdated and no plan to remedy them soon
