Pros

The benefits are decent but do no outweighs the extensive negatives. The people you work with are good but that's not a pro for Allstate. It's the only reason the place is still open

Cons

Pay is a joke, they pay as low as they can for this role. The job is extremely tedious & never gets easier. It's constant calls/chats with the same issues over & over. The systems used are all terrible, it's like a time warp to the 90's with the programs used that always break & never work properly. You cannot get promoted unless you brown nose & fit into the toxic lies atmosphere. Leadership, I say that loosely, do nothing for staff, everything is pushed under the rug & you cannot say anything negative. Metrics & expectations for the role are extreme & add in the awful pay, it's downright rediculous what it asked of you. PTO is near non existent to get, they fight you because they have no staff & new staff don't stay. The difference in the Strabane roles than Belfast is severe. I wouldn't wish this job on my worst enemies, if Strabane got another place of work who treated staff fairly, Allstate would be empty. Avoid at all costs

Pros

Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

Cons

Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
