Pros
Work flexibility is great, you can do your hours as and when you like. You also have the opportunity to work a 9-day fortnight, so you can work 4 extra hours one week and then work 4x 9hr days the next week and get a day off.
Cons
The team set up in this part of the company is poor, the team is far too big (40+ people to one line manager) and therefore your manager has limited visibility of your work. Going for a promotion is therefore harder and they tend to push back harder rather than provide good support and guidance
