Pros
Some good people at the company, however, were after the transition from Jacobs. Remuneration and the package are the going rate.
Cons
It is quite evident that bullying is commonplace within the organisation, by people who have been promoted beyond their skill level. I have also seen open sexist comments by both genders, and I think some 'managers' need to understand the ramifications of their actions and words. A high proportion of staff are ex-military, and although I applaud the company ethos of employing Vets, their people skills and knowledge are limited. Some of the biggest problems with the company stem from its own governance and procurement procedures, which delay work and add no value.
