      Anthesis is in a key space to make a difference with strong investment and a refreshed leadership team.

      Cons

      Anthesis is going through a period of change (this is also positive) however there is significant disruption to BAU as these changes bed in.

      Pros

      I love working remotely and we get to work with lots of large companies.

      Cons

      Low salaries, incomplete communication, bad management, the lack of diversity is astounding. I question why this company is accepted into the B Corp standard.
