Very corporate - Customer Support Advisor Bally’s Employee Review

The rota is a nightmare as they expect you to work until 2am, then have that evening off before starting work the next day at 9am. It's not a day off if I've been working until 2am! It's just as bad to get holiday off, too. You ask for a week off and get all the days granted apart from 1, and theh expect you to find cover for it even though the rota hasn't been completed at that time. They also don't want you to be friends with your colleagues and they don't like it if you sit with people you get on with.
