Pros

Bell Integration has achieved significant growth and scale: their revenue exceeded £1 billion in the year to March 2024. They offer a wide-range of services (consulting, managed services, lifecycle management) and partner with major technology vendors. Employees report good work-life balance, supportive culture and flexible working in many cases. For example 81% of respondents reported flexible timing. As a vendor/service provider they have strong capabilities in endpoint management, cloud & security services — useful if you need comprehensive IT/integration support

Cons

Some employees report concerns around career progression and job security. For example: “No career progression” and job security rated lower There are reports of variability in pay, bonuses and recognition depending on project, manager or location. When used as a service vendor, like many large scale integrators, there may be risk of being “one of many clients”, or less customisation/less nimble responsiveness than a smaller boutique partner. Because they are large and growing quickly, sometimes processes, decision-making or internal systems may lag (employees mention management changes, communication issues.

Pros

-team leads and managers are great -other employees are hard working

Cons

-no promotions -will go ages with no raises -HR and payroll could care less and has an extremely slow response time -benefits package is awful -constantly make payroll and scheduling mistakes -informed them when starting that I was unable to work overnight shifts....and that's what they scheduled me for -stated I would get paid one thing and then entered it incorrectly for the first two months -did not deduct any taxes from paychecks -provided a raise for one year, then reduced it due to them entering it incorrectly, only workplace I have ever worked that has not honored a mistake on their part
