Pros

The building itself is wonderful and there are some truly great people working there. The push on L&D last year was great initiative from the People team. There's Tischtennis and beanbags?

Cons

The salaries are extremely low, not just a couple of k, but easily 30-40% lower than industry standard. Very reactive and disorganized, such as throwing themselves at new business without the forethought to hire the staff to manage it in the first place. Big reluctance to invest in even basic software & infrastructure, and the laptops are quite literally falling apart. Blatant sexism, very little chance of career progression and huge levels of unpaid overtime.
