Pros

I’ve been with Bupa for over a year, and at 24 I already feel like I’m developing a career, not just doing a job. The support, recognition, and development opportunities here are exceptional. I’m now in the End Point Assessment stage of my Level 5 qualification, and that’s only been possible because Bupa truly invests in its people. As someone who is neurodivergent, I’ve been incredibly supported. My strengths are recognised, my needs are understood, and I’ve always felt able to be open about who I am. The culture is genuinely inclusive, and the adjustments and understanding I’ve received have helped me thrive and achieve things I never thought possible this early in my career. The benefits are great, the development opportunities are clear, and leaders regularly take the time to acknowledge hard work. It’s a place where you feel valued and where ambition is encouraged — I can see a long-term future here and feel supported in working towards senior leadership one day.

Cons

No major cons — like any large organisation, things can occasionally move slowly, but this is far outweighed by the support and development available.

Pros

Company was very generous with benefits and perks. Nice office location; a bit far south, but once you arrived, it was nice.

Cons

Changing leadership strategies have caused massive brain drain and offshoring.
