Pros

Great place to work where you are supported to either do a great job in the role you have or explore other opportunities outside of role for development and career progression. This makes the job interesting, challenging and keeps interest / motivation high. Support when first in role is fantastic where you get an allocated, named mentor and increased managerial support to ensure you feel confident. I think the size of the company is reassuring in the current climate and again opens up opportunities in other aspects of healthcare as the company supports secondments and transfers. I've also had chance to work in other areas in the UK plus being a worldwide organisation opportunities for travel become available for those who may be interested. Salary is competitive and benefits great including being able to purchase additional annual leave. We get free parking which makes a huge difference when working at the office. They try and be as flexible and family friendly as they can, whilst providing a service, with additional family friendly policies available. They promote staff recognition including being able to nominate people and win awards which is great fun and increases a sense of pride and self-worth. Overall it's a great place and company to work for - no complaints from me!

Cons

No real cons in my opinion - only thing I perhaps think is extra annual leave would be good but as mentioned above this can be purchased.

Pros

Company was very generous with benefits and perks. Nice office location; a bit far south, but once you arrived, it was nice.

Cons

Changing leadership strategies have caused massive brain drain and offshoring.
