      I’ve had a long and varied career and I'm proud to work at Bupa The people are genuinely great to work with; there are development and learning opportunities available to support your career development; Managers are supportive and encourage growth and development; there is a clear sense of purpose and commitment to caring for others

      As a large organisation, processes can sometimes be slow and complex and can take time to embed across the business

      Company was very generous with benefits and perks. Nice office location; a bit far south, but once you arrived, it was nice.

      Changing leadership strategies have caused massive brain drain and offshoring.
