Pros

there was a coffee maker and they provided us snacks.

Cons

talked down to by management daily. ignored when calling for help, my room flooded and it took an hour to get the attention of the office. they won’t come for sick kids, clothes for kids, flooded rooms. they confiscate phones, and not to mention i was a full time employee bringing how 1600$ bi weekly and then they cut me to part time i was only bringing home 800-900$ bi weekly had to ask a church for help with eviction… i was told it would change and things would get better and that was just a lie, nothing changed, i still got evicted. kids are talked to like dogs by management, sometimes moved 3 or 4 times in and out of my room in one day. no one there seems to have any idea of how to run a small daycare and it’s not just me who sees it i know of at least 4 other people who left after i did. if you have kids run now, if you fall behind in payments even if you are employed and the only reason you can’t pay is cause you haven’t gotten hours they will deny you childcare tell you to figure it out and get a sitter just to be charged 200$ a week when your child was denied the care. i received pictures of my child standing like “christ the redeemer” they are not a religious school nor do i think making 4 year olds pretend to be dead on a cross is ok. i’ve seen teachers refuse children’s blankets because they don’t want to deal with accidents. i’ve been told to just do what they say because after all it’s “just checking boxes for them” there is also no warning for room moves, meetings, new friends, anything.
