3moThank you for sharing this. We are sorry to hear that your experience at CFC did not feel as positive as we would hope. Hearing different perspectives is important to us.
CFC has been growing quickly and much of the change people have felt is linked to that growth. With more people and bigger teams, the way we work has had to shift, and we know that this has not always felt as clear or as joined up as it should. The points you raised around communication, workload and decision making have come up in conversations with colleagues too, and they are areas we are actively improving.
Over the past year we have been working hard on giving colleagues clearer information, more reliable communication and improved support as the company grows. We are also strengthening onboarding, leadership development and wellbeing so that people have more guidance and feel better supported from the start.
While your experience did not reflect the culture we want people to feel here, we appreciate you taking the time to share it. Our aim is to build an environment where people feel supported, able to grow and proud of the work they do.
