Pros

Met some genuine and nice people that I've kept in contact with Within walking distance of Liverpool street, Aldgate and Fenchurchstreet station. Subsidised Lunch with a canteen area Subsidised fortnightly Thursday night bars

Cons

Absolutely NO appreciation of going above and beyond. It's obviously not in managements vocabulary to say a simple "Thank you" Server Lack of development for business services staff 0% flexibility unless you're friends with management outside of work You are literally treated as a number, and nothing else No respect for anyones views or opinions if you're not management No pay rises or bonuses (unless you're leaving the firm, then suddenly they can match your offer!) Little to no perks for business services staff Massive Divide between the fee earning population and business services that no one is willing to realise and address Old, outdated Hardware fit for the bin Massive turn over of staff

Pros

They respect work life balance, and are very generous with heads-up during layoffs.

Cons

Basically no promotion opportunities, don't expect to move up a career ladder in IT here.

Pros

Hybrid work option, but that’s it. Would give zero stars if I could.

Cons

Micromanagement on steroids, no work-life balance, taking time off is frowned upon, no cameraderie or office culture whatsoever, not unusual to get emails from senior partners in the middle of the night
